We are happy to announce that UC Davis’ new art museum, the Jan Shrem and Maria Manetti Shrem Museum of Art, will open on November 13, 2016. Please mark your calendars and celebrate this exciting occasion with us.

The museum is rooted in the extraordinary teaching legacy that began 60 years ago when UC Davis’ world-renowned first generation art faculty were hired. Faculty from across the university have already begun working with museum staff to present collaborative projects ranging from exhibitions to quarter-long classes focused on the intersection of the visual arts and other disciplines.

When the museum opens, we will be focusing on opportunities to advance interdisciplinary projects. Your participation is essential to making the Manetti Shrem Museum a dynamic campus resource.

We welcome your participation!
