Shakespeare video game–come try it tomorrow!

By

If you’re in Davis tomorrow, please come to the premiere unveiling of the new Kinect video game Play the Knave, a 3D motion-capture experience that gives you a starring role in a Shakespeare play. Think Shakespeare karaoke! The game will be installed in the Davis Arts Center, 1919 F St. in Davis, from 3-6 PM on Thursday, July 30. (Next week it moves to the Stratford Festival in Ontario, where it will be installed in the Festival lobby). All ages welcome, and no experience with Shakespeare or video games is necessary. Receive a free souvenir video of your performance! For info on the project, visit Twitter @PlayTheKnave or http://modlab.ucdavis.edu/projects/digitalprojects/play-the-knave/
